My claim isn’t appearing in my insurer’s online portal. What should I do?

Claims typically appear in your insurer’s portal only after they have been processed, which can take two to six weeks. MySuperbill will tell you when your claim has been  “accepted for adjudication” by your insurer, the first step before they make their final reimbursement decision(s).  

  • Confirm the claim shows “Accepted” status on the MySuperbills dashboard
  • Once confirmed, call your insurer’s member services to ask for the final disposition of your claim 
  • Contact us at support@MySuperbills.com if your claim is “Accepted” but not received by your insurer, not visible in your insurance portal, or not “Accepted” within 2 weeks of submission.
