Can I check the claim status online?

Yes. MySuperbills will notify you once your insurance company accepts your claim for processing. You’ll see status updates in your dashboard, including real-time updates when available from your insurer.

You can also track your claim and view your Explanation of Benefits  through your insurance company’s member portal. Please note it may take a few days after submission for your claim to appear there.
