If I’ve met my in-network deductible, do I still have to pay out of pocket for out-of-network care?

It depends. If the in-network and out-of-network deductibles are tracked separately, meeting one doesn’t apply to the other. Some coverages consider them jointly.  You’ll likely still owe the full amount for out-of-network care until the applicable deductible is met.
