How can I amend my claim if I made an error?

While MySuperbills will guide you to submit only complete superbills, sometimes claims can be submitted with errors. If an erroneous claim has already been submitted, contact us at support@mysuperbills.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps at no additional cost.


Please note that certain fields cannot be changed, including:

  • Date of service
  • Provider
  • Patient information

You may wait for the claim to be rejected, or contact us so we can attempt to void it.   In either case, to resubmit the claim, upload a correct superbill to start over.
