How much does MySuperbills charge to file a claim?

MySuperbills fees apply “per claim” which means each service rendered on a specific day by a specific provider. Superbills are often generated periodically (e.g. once a month) and usually include more than one service date.  Multiple charges are expected in a single superbill.   During beta, we may offer promotional pricing or waive fees to certain users.
